VIVIENDA BIOCLIMÁTICA / BIOCLIMATIC HOUSING

 

Implementación de una vivienda en un sector deteriorado de Riohacha, Guajira, respondiendo las condiciones climáticas del lugar, correspondientes a un clima cálido y húmedo, de esta manera los materiales que se utilizan a lo largo de la vivienda y la manera en que están dispuestos responden a refrescar el interior de la vivienda mejorando su habitabilidad conociendo las ventajas de la utilización de la vegetación para realizar este proceso. Aparte de esto, se busca una manera de poder utilizar cada elemento que haga autosustentable y sostenible a esta vivienda, utilizando herramientas como un baño seco, páneles solares para la captación de energía solar, el uso de espejos de agua para refrescar las corrientes de viento y un sistema de recolección de aguas lluvia que termina en los espejos de agua, funcionando como humedales artificiales, donde se trata el agua con helechos para purificarla y utilizarla.

 

 

Implementation of a house in a deteriorated area of Riohacha, Guajira, answering the climatic conditions corresponding to a warm and humid climate, so materials used throughout the home and how they are arranged respond to cool the interior of the house improving livability knowing the advantages of the use of vegetation to perform this process. Apart from this, we seek a way to use each element to make this self-sustaining and sustainable housing, using tools such as a composting toilet, solar panels for solar energy, the use of reflecting pools to cool wind currents and a system of rainwater harvesting that ends up in the reflecting pools, functioning as artificial wetlands, where the water is treated with ferns to purify it and use it.
