FLUIDEZ VERTICAL / VERTICAL FLUENCY
El proyecto se muestra como un atractor vertical que intenta generar una integración y una accesibilidad por diferentes niveles de la célula, es por esto que se generan estos volúmenes dilatados mostrando un poco su fluidez y flexibilidad ante su contexto.
Se busca una liberación de espacio público como integrador entre la sociedad y la ciudad que se logra por la misticidad de usos donde se conserve el carácter que tiene actualmente el eje de la carrera 30, haciéndolo un poco más amable y atractivo para la sociedad, respondiendo a los usos básicos de su alrededor residencial y así mismo generando unos impactos medios hacia la ciudad, todo esto ligado a generar mejores espacios público donde prime la interacción social y el espacio libre como un punto de encuentro. Se busca incrementar el uso de los espacios públicos, por lo que se proponen diferentes puntos de encuentro a diferentes alturas, para que estas interacciones se realicen no solo en primer piso sino a lo largo de todo el proyecto, una manera de mostrar la flexibilidad espacial, formal y perceptivamente en el proyecto.
The project is shown as a vertical attractor that tries to generate an integration and accessibility by different levels of the cell, which is why these volumes are generated dilated showing some fluency and flexibility to its context.
A search for release of public space as an integrator between the society and the city that is achieved by the mixture of uses where the character that currently has the 30 career shaft is preserved, making it a little more friendly and attractive to society, responding to basic residential uses around and likewise generating means impacts to the city, all linked to create better public spaces where prevails social interaction and free space as a meeting point. It seeks to increase the use of public spaces, at different meeting points at different heights, are proposed for these interactions take place not only in first floor but throughout the entire project, a way to show the spatial flexibility, formally and perceptually in the project.
